Yes we offer both. You can secure your weekend and accommodation from just £75 per person deposit.

Payment plans are also available to spread the cost.

Friday, Saturday and Sundaywill run from early evening until late.
Boat-parties will run during the day before the festival begins at RDM.

After-parties will run following the main event until the early hours.


Rotterdam is a city in the Netherlands. It is the second largest city in Holland after Amsterdam and is home to the largest port in Europe. It is located close to Amsterdam, only 1 hour's drive away. It is only 20 minutes on the train direct from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and 40 minutes on the train direct from Amsterdam Centraal station.


The main three events will take over the former yard of the Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij (RDM). Uniquely located in the middle of the port and conveniently right next to Rotterdam city, the RDM is easily accessible from the city centre.

 The impressive space features a huge glass window that looks on to the river and the passing ships of Europe’s biggest port. Boat-parties (to be announced) will collect from the city and drop off at the venue. There is also water taxis from stops all around Rotterdam to take you directly to the venue. 

Other events around the city including boat-parties and after-parties will be announced soon.

 A shuttle bus service from key locations to the venue will be announced soon.

We will be running a shuttle bus service to RDM. More information will be released soon.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age to book and attend WHP Rotterdam. Staff will ask you for proof of age ID and anyone less than 18 years of age will be declined entry to any official venue.

Yes, there will be multiple food and drink vendors at the venue.

What time is the last entry?
We want to start the party with a full house so please arrive within 3 hours of doors opening. You can find the set times on the official WHP app which can be downloaded here.

Acceptable ID?
Forms of ID accepted at WHP are Passport or Drivers Licence.

Will I be searched on the way in?
Everyone is searched on the way in as a condition of entry. This is for us to ensure that no one is carrying anything dangerous into the venue.

Bag Policy
A strict bag policy is in place at the RDM Wharf. Small bags no larger than A4 size and approximately 10 cm wide are allowed and may be taken inside. It is not permitted to take large bags or backpacks inside the stadium. Please consider leaving larger bags at home.

Is the event cashless / payment methods
Yes, all the main events at RDM are cashless. You can only pay with PIN (contactless), Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX and VPay.

Prohibited Items
You are not allowed to bring any of the following items into the venue:Beverages (excluding water in plastic bottles of max. 0.5l without cap), hard plastic bidons or similar bottles, food, drugs, (laughing)gas cartridges, spray cans (sunscreen, deodorant and perfume excluded), soccer shirts, club related items, provocative or face covering clothing, banners, cardboard or paper signs bigger than A4 size, flags or flagpoles, umbrellas, selfie sticks, laptops, notebooks, tablets, film-, sound- or any other recording equipment, Go-Pro’s or similar (only compact camera’s that do not have detachable lenses are allowed), weapons, chains (chains on pants or necklaces are excluded) or other items that can be used as a weapon and/or that can disrupt order. Glowsticks, walkie-talkies, laser pens or other lights with bundled beams, toxic, flammable and/or explosive materials, fireworks, flares, pets or other animals, foldable or non-foldable chairs or stools, walking sticks (medical crutches excluded), needles, unmanned aircrafts like UAV or drones, or other dangerous items.

2 day and 3 day weekend tickets & packages will be available through our website.

We will be selling a very limited amount of weekend only tickets (2 and 3 days). The cheapest tickets will be available as part of packages.


The payment plan is the recommended payment method for Rotterdam 2025. The payment plan makes budgeting for your holiday easy by splitting your remaining balance (after deposit and booking fees) into bitesize monthly payments, made via Direct Debit.

ACCOMMODATION

We have plenty of accommodation options with our partners in Rotterdam including hostels all the way up to 5 star rooms.

Yes we have some triple rooms available. Just select three people when you start your booking.

All accommodation is easily accessible by taxi, tram and foot from Rotterdam Centraal station, which is where all trains from Amsterdam, Amsterdam Schipol Airport and Eurostar arrive.

The event will take place in Rotterdam however Amsterdam is only a 30 minute train journey or a 1 hour drive away.

Yes, there will be shuttle services running from a few key locations. These will be announced soon.

Rotterdam is very easily accessible from all of the UK, Europe and the Netherlands with many transport links available. These include Coach, Ferry, Eurostar/Train aeroplane & car. View available transport routes below.

We are not offering flights however you can book your accommodation and weekend ticket through us and book flights separately. The closest major airport is in Amsterdam but there are other options including Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Antwerp. All airports are connected by a short train journey.

Rotterdam Centraal station is only a 20 minute direct train from Amsterdam Schiphol airport and they run frequently. Then all hotels included in the accommodation options are a short walk, tram or taxi journey from Rotterdam Centraal station.

Yes, you can drive there either via a ferry or drive via Eurotunnel (Folkestone). Ferry routes include Newcastle - Amsterdam, Hull - Rotterdam, Harwich - Hook of Holland or Dover - Calais. You can drive from London via Eurotunnel in around 6-7 hours. 

No, it isn’t possible to travel back from venue to The Hague / Rotterdam Central by public transport after show. We advise you to buy a shuttlebus weekend ticket.

Attention: if you travel back to The Hague after the event your end station must be Den Haag Holland Spoor, otherwise you aren’t able to travel back by train. A train will go from Rotterdam Central Station to station Holland Spoor every half hour between 1.30am and 5am.

Since February it is possible to travel by public transport with your creditcard. It is not as quick as known in UK so it will take several seconds before the entree opens.

If you’re planning on a longer stay Rotterdam, a public transport card (or: OV card) is very useful. You can charge this card and use it for a few years. You can buy both an anonymous and a personal public transport card. The anonymous cards can be purchased at stations. Check your best route from your location by train HERE

If you want to travel by public transport in Rotterdam you need an OV card or ticket. There are several tickets you can buy that are useful for a short stay in Rotterdam. Below you can read more about the tickets, which you can use for the metro, tram and bus.

The RET Tourist Day Ticket, RET 1 Day Ticket and RET 2 Hours Ticket can all be purchased from RET service shops, service centres and vending machines at metro stations. The RET 2 hour ticket can also be purchased from bus drivers and tram drivers.
Attention: if you travel back to The Hague after the event your end station must be Den Haag Holland Spoor, otherwise you aren’t able to travel back by train till 6am.
